The WKStA has expressed its intention to file a nullity complaint against the acquittal part of the verdict in the case of the former real estate mogul and Signa founder Rene Benko, announced the spokesperson of the Economic and Corruption Prosecutor s Office, Martin Ortner, on Friday.
